Important: This is a beta version for testing only. Please use fake/test data instead of your real passwords and sensitive information.
Basic Account Setup
- 1Click 'Start Using I Vault It' to begin
- 2Create your Master Password (use a test password, not your real one)
- 3Save your Recovery Key somewhere safe
- 4Add your first account (use fake/test data only)
Account Management
- 1Add 4-5 different types of accounts (banking, social, shopping, etc.)
- 2Test the password generator feature
- 3Try editing an existing account
- 4Use the search and filter features
- 5Test the 'Show Password' toggle buttons
Pro Upgrade Flow
- 1Add your 6th account - the Pro upgrade modal should appear
- 2Click 'Upgrade to Pro' (no charge during beta)
- 3Verify you can now add unlimited accounts
- 4Test any Pro-exclusive features
Data Export & Security
- 1Click 'Export Backup' to download your vault data
- 2Verify the JSON file downloads correctly
- 3Test logout/lock vault functionality
- 4Try logging back in with your Master Password
Mobile & Responsive Testing
- 1Test on your phone/tablet
- 2Verify all buttons and forms work on mobile
- 3Check that the interface adapts properly
- 4Test the mobile menu navigation
What to Look For
